DEPOSIT INSURANCE

Promotion Rules:
• With the Deposit Insurance promotion, from 10% to 100% of the balance in the transaction account can be insured. The minimum insurable amount is $10. There is no limit to the maximum insured amount.
• If the insured deposit amount is lost, this amount will be restored to the investor’s commodity account.
• For compensation of insured deposits, 2 main conditions must be met. The investor must trade in the lot amount determined according to the insurance amount and the situation that will cause deposit insurance must occur.
• The situation that will cause insurance is deemed to have occurred when the investor’s account balance drops to 10% or less. If new funding is made to the account before this happens, the Deposit Insurance must either be increased and updated, or the current balance must fall below 10% in order to benefit from Deposit Insurance.
• Within the scope of the Deposit Insurance promotion, transactions can only be made in the Silver Account type and with a leverage ratio of 1:200.
• There is no time limit for the investor to complete the required lot amount.
• If the required lot requirement is met, the insured amount uploaded to the investor’s trading account by Klas FX can be withdrawn by the investor.
• An investor who benefits from the Deposit Insurance promotion cannot benefit from other promotional campaigns, including the Welcome Bonus.
• If the investor deposits additional money into his account after insuring his existing deposit, he has the right to increase the insured amount up to the current account balance. However, the insured amount cannot be reduced later.
• Money can be withdrawn from the insured account. However, the balance remaining in the account after withdrawal must not be less than the insured deposit.
• When a situation occurs that causes deposit insurance, if the investor has completed less than 50% of the required lot amount, his/her participation in the promotion and the calculated lots will be cancelled.
• When the situation that causes insurance occurs and the investor has completed 50% or more of the required lot amount, some or all of the insured amount will be refunded according to the following conditions:
If 50% to 70% of the required lot amount has been completed, 30% of the insured deposit will be refunded.
If 71% to 90% of the required lot amount is completed, 40% of the insured deposit is refunded.
If 91% to 99% of the required lot amount is completed, 50% of the insured deposit is refunded.
If 100% of the required lot amount has been completed or more, 100% of the insured deposit will be refunded.
• If the investor makes new funding to his account after insuring his deposit, he has the right to increase the insured amount up to the current account balance. However, the insured amount cannot be reduced later.
• The insured amount is deposited to the trading account within 2 business days after the investor’s request is checked, if all conditions are met.
• The investor has the right to cancel the deposit insurance at any time before completing the required lot amount. In this case, the insured amount (partially or fully) is not refunded.
• TRANSACTIONS WITHOUT SWAPS cannot be made in accounts with deposit insurance.

• Investors who are found to be engaged in illegal activities are disqualified from the Deposit Insurance promotion and the lot amounts they have made up to that time are excluded from the promotion.
• Investors participating in this promotion are deemed to have read and accepted the promotion terms.
