–To the Capital Markets Board, courts, MASAK , tax offices and the Revenue Administration and the relevant authorities for the purpose of transmitting investigation reports, conducting legal processes, transmitting defense reports, making suspicious/faulty transaction notifications, making tax notifications, making annual residence notifications can be transferred to institutions.
In order for our company to fulfill its legal obligations, in particular;
–It can be transferred to the Turkish Capital Markets Association and the Capital Markets Board for the purpose of submitting the Turkish Capital Markets Association information form and reporting internal company minutes.
5- Ensuring the Security and Confidentiality of Personal Data

–Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred.
