INVESTMENT SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES GENERAL RISK NOTIFICATION FORM
Important Disclosure
While you may make a profit as a result of your transactions in the capital markets, you also have the risk of loss. Therefore, before you decide to trade, you need to understand the risks you may encounter in the market and make your decision by taking into account your financial situation and constraints.
For this purpose, you need to understand the following points included in the “Investment Services and Activities General Risk Notification Form” as stipulated in Article 25 of the ” Communiqué on the Establishment and Operation Principles of Investment Institutions” numbered III- 39.1.

RISK NOTIFICATION
In addition to the issues specified in the “Framework Agreement” to be signed with the investment institution with which you will make the transaction , it is very important that you understand the following issues.
–All relevant legislation and all similar administrative regulations issued by the Capital Markets Board, stock exchanges and clearing centers will apply to the account you will open with the investment institution and all transactions to be carried out through this account.
–Capital market transactions are subject to risks at various rates. As a result of price movements in the market, you may lose all of the money you deposited to the investment institution, or your losses may even exceed the amount of money you deposited, depending on the type of transaction you will make.
–Due to the leverage effect in transactions such as credit transactions or short sales, it should be taken into consideration that trading with low equity capital can work in your favor or against you in the market, and in this sense, the leverage effect can provide you with high profits or cause losses.
–You should take into consideration that the information and recommendations that the investment firm will give you regarding your transactions in the markets may be incomplete and need verification.
–It should be taken into consideration that the technical and fundamental analysis to be carried out by the authorized personnel of the investment firm regarding the purchase and sale of capital market instruments may differ from person to person and that the predictions made in these analyzes may not be realized with certainty.
–It should be known that in transactions made in foreign currencies, in addition to the risks listed above, there is exchange rate risk, there may be a loss of value in the Turkish Lira due to exchange rate fluctuations, states may restrict foreign capital and foreign exchange movements, impose additional and/or new taxes, and purchase and sale transactions may not be completed on time.
– Before starting your transactions, you must obtain confirmation from your investment institution regarding all commissions and other transaction fees that you will be liable for. If the fees are not expressed in monetary terms, a written explanation containing clear examples of how the fees will reflect on you in monetary terms should be requested.
